These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Podfi Ads Management services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Podfi provides advertising campaign setup, optimization, monitoring, and reporting services across various ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
2. Client Responsibilities
We use collected data to:
- Provide accurate business, billing, and ad account details.
- Ensure compliance with platform advertising policies.
- Pay invoices on time as agreed.
3. Fees & Payments
- Service fees will be outlined in the proposal/contract.
- Payments are due as per agreed schedule.
- Ad spend is billed directly by platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) unless otherwise agreed.
4. Intellectual Property
- All creative materials provided by the client remain the client’s property.
- Campaign strategies, reports, and optimizations developed by Podfi remain Podfi’s intellectual property unless agreed otherwise.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep sensitive information (business data, marketing strategies, login credentials) confidential and not disclose to third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
